Martineau Belle Playa features three luxurious bedrooms, each with its' own private bath, shower, walking closets and private balcony. The spacious master bedroom is on the second level with a king size bed and offers stunning panoramic ocean views.

Martineau Belle Playa also features two large suites on the first level with queen beds each with superb ocean views as well.

All rooms have AC units, flat TVs and Direct TV programming. There is also a large plasma TV in the living room and a DVD/CD player with a high power music system. I-Pods can be connected to system and there is wireless internet capability through out the villa.
